4 cups bite size pieces of raw albacore tuna 2 cups teriyaki sauce 1lb thinly sliced bacon cut in 1/2 1 can of chunk pineapple 4 to 6 BBQ skewer t=teaspoon T=tablespoon
Marinate 2 hours to overnight bite size pieces of tuna in teriyaki sauce. Make shish kabobs by wrapping ½ slice of thin raw bacon around marinated tuna and a chunk of pineapple and sliding them onto a skewer. Barbeque or broil turning often until bacon is fully cooked.
