Sauté in olive oil 2 chopped garlic cloves, 1/3 cup of chopped onion, 1t dried chilies, 1t each basil, thyme, oregano, rosemary and savory(2T if using fresh herbs). When garlic starts to brown add 1 quart tomato sauce, ½ cup tomato paste, ½ cup freshly chopped parsley and 1 cup clam juice bring to a boil and add The Blades Cioppino mix (1lb steamers, 3 prawns, 3 scallops, 3 crab legs and ½ lb whitefish fillet) return to a boil and turn to low heat and simmer 30 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
