In a skillet heat 2T Olive oil add 2T chopped garlic and 1 chopped green onion cook until lightly browned add 1 cup heavy cream or crème fraiche, ½ lb crab meat and ½ cup grated parmesan cheese.
Bring to a light boil and remove from heat, serve over fresh pasta with chopped fresh parsley and freshly ground pepper, salt to taste.
